Woofington Dog Park - Park Rules and Guidelines

Welcome to Woofington Dog Park's Park Rules and Guidelines page. We want all visitors to have a safe and enjoyable experience at our Free Community Dog Park. Please take a moment to review the rules and guidelines below to ensure a positive environment for all furry friends and their owners.

General Rules

Park Rules:
1. Dogs must NEVER be left unattended.
2. All dogs MUST have a current license and shots.
3. Owners are required to clean up after their dogs and themselves.
4. Unruly or aggressive dogs are not allowed.
5. Female dogs “in heat” are not allowed in the Dog Park area.

6. Dogs must enter and leave the park on a leash.
7. Puppies must be 4-month-old or older to enter the park.
8. Owners must have their dog under voice control.
9.  Enjoy the park and have fun

 

Safety Guidelines

To ensure the safety of all visitors, please keep your dog leashed while entering and exiting the park. All gates should be closed at all times.Always supervise your dog during playtime and be mindful of other dogs and their owners. If your dog displays any aggressive behavior, please remove them from the park immediately.If someone else's dog is aggressive, secure your dogs safety first and then ask them to leave.

Park Etiquette

We kindly ask all visitors to be respectful of the park and other patrons. Please make sure your dogs are clear of gates and under your control when other patrons are entering and exiting the park. (NO ganging at the gate.) Please ask patrons already in the park if their dogs are friendly and able to play with your dog before entering, Use the other fenced area if necessary. Keep the park clean by properly disposing of waste in designated bins.  Together, we can create a welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy.
